Very nice Spa Experience

Spacious and Comfortable

Well-Equipped Fitness Center

Our family vacation was mostly enjoyable, with exceptional service from the staff, especially our server Wenceslao, who went above and beyond. However, we faced some issues with housekeeping and the dining options weren't very impressive. The facilities were top-notch, and the beach area was beautiful. While the price was reasonable for what we got, some aspects of our experience left a bit to be desired.

The property is beautiful and includes a stunning pool area, though the dining options could use some improvement, as they leaned more towards American cuisine rather than authentic Mexican dishes. The wi-fi was a little hit or miss and they should definitely offer filtered water in the rooms, but overall, it was a lovely stay and I hope to return soon.
